*45  Observed an insufficient number of certified food handlers to be employed at this facility. Provide for a certified food handler to be on the premises at all times that potential hazardous foods are being handled. Next Inspection
Observed the following food products to have improper/no labeling information: prepared foods in the prep cooler. Prepared foods shall be labeled with the date of preparation. Next Inspection
Observed no thermometer to be available in multiple cooler and freezer units in the facility. Next Inspection
Observed the following food products to be improperly stored: onions, tomatillos, and corn on the floor in the storage room and tomatoes on the floor in the kitchen. Provide for all food products to be stored at least six inches off of the floor. Also observed foods stored under and next to exposed insulation in the storage room. Provide for all food products in storage to have proper covers or overhead protection. Next Inspection
16  Observed the three-compartment sink to be detached from the plumbing supply. Owner was working on replacing faucet and reconnecting supply at time of inspection. A follow-up will occur this afternoon to be sure this facility has a means for washing and sanitizing dirty dishes. 48 Hours
